Recruiting & HR Assistant (Part-Time | College Students Welcome)

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)

Duration: 90-Day Internship with opportunity for extension or permanent employment based on performance.

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Recruiting & HR Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and business operations while working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and job applications
  • Contact candidates by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Maintain candidate and employee records
  • Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards
  • Track applicants through the hiring process
  • Assist with recruiting campaigns and administrative projects
  • Perform other recruiting and HR support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with job applicants over the phone
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, Business Administration, or Operations
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
