This role is essential to our continued expansion, focusing on securing high-quality talent across construction, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, utilizing data-driven insights to fill specialized roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:</strong> Direct the complete hiring lifecycle for both professional and technical roles, spanning project development, field operations, engineering, and asset management.</li> <li><strong>Specialized Sourcing:</strong> Cultivate and sustain high-quality talent pools for challenging, niche roles. Utilize professional networking, industry-specific channels, and direct outreach to engage passive talent-with a specific focus on identifying technicians.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Partnership:</strong> Serve as a primary advisor to department heads, providing actionable insights regarding compensation, market dynamics, and competitive hiring timeframes.</li> <li><strong>Manager Coaching:</strong> Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, objective evaluation criteria, and consistent selection methodologies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.</li> <li><strong>Operational Alignment:</strong> Execute high-volume recruitment strategies aligned with aggressive construction timelines for multi-site projects.</li> <li><strong>Process Excellence:</strong> Ensure compliance with all regulations, maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, and track key performance indicators to optimize efficiency.</li> </ul> <br/><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br/> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Proven expertise in passive recruiting for technical/field-based roles.</li> <li>Strong consultative skills; comfortable coaching leaders and managing diverse personality styles.</li> <li>Ability to work in a "roll up your sleeves" environment where flexibility and proactive networking are key.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-moving, project-based setting.</li> </ul> <br/><strong>Additional Details:</strong><br/> <ul> <li>This role reports directly to the VP of Recruitment within a focused, high-impact department.</li> <li>Must be comfortable navigating a environment where some stakeholders may require additional guidance and support throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>The team currently partners with two external agencies to facilitate growth.</li> </ul> <br/><strong>Perks:</strong><br/> <ul> <li>Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company scaling rapidly (200+ headcount growth).</li> <li>High-visibility position reporting directly to executive leadership.</li> </ul> </div>
